HOW IT WORKS

Each team or group should have one parent or coach serve as the main contact person. They’ll work directly with me to plan the session and handle all communication and invoicing.

Please have your team contact send me 3 possible weekday time slots when the whole group is available. We’ll choose the one that works best for everyone.

For groups under 20, sessions usually take 30–40 minutes longer depending on session add ons. Be sure all team members arrive on time and in full uniform with all equipment and shoes needed, so everything runs smoothly.

If any teammates are ordering extra products, let me know in advance so I can capture a few extra shots just for them.

And don’t forget add-on items ordered at your banner session come with a discount! Be sure to enter your coupon code at checkout.

RULES AND REGULATIONS

TO ORDER YOUR BANNER PACKAGE: :Select the banner size chosen by your team as a group when placing your order..

All banners will come with one 8x10 banner print. PLEASE CHOOSE GROUP SHIPPING TO AVOID CHARGES, Your Banner and gifts will be delivered all together as a team.

ADD ON'S : Please go through each section below and choose the items you wish to order with your package. When finished, head to the bottom of the page and select "CHECK OUT NOW"

DETAILS:

PLEASE REMEMBER TO BRING ALL OF YOUR EQUIPMENT AND UNIFORM!
No banners will be printed without full payment.
Deadlines: Ensure you meet your group order deadline to avoid additional handling and shipping fees.
If you are unable to attend your scheduled team session, a $25.00 rescheduling fee will apply.
For any retake sessions requested without fault of Clockworks Design, a minimum fee of $25.00 will be charged.
Customization: Please proof the spelling on your banner within 24 hours of the post your proof on social media and send a message if you spot something that is off. Once printed, we cannot make corrections, and there will be no refunds.

Important Notice for Special Effect Portraits:
All special effect portraits created by Clockworks Design are the property of Clockworks Design and may be used for advertising, promotion, or other purposes related to the business. If you do not wish for your banner or portraits to be shared or used for such purposes, please notify us prior to your session.
